Does any person have a tax attorney resource that could help in the Seattle Wa location?

You don’t want an attorney to quit claim your residence. Go to an office supply, and look for pre-written legal documents. You can write a quit claim deed out on any piece of paper, but it would be best to have it nicely typed and then recorded at the court residence.
