Q&A: How are they going to garnish wages when I don’t have a job?
Question by Ellie T: How are they going to garnish wages when I don’t have a job?
I am full time + student, I have student loans but am not working. I am getting sued by Capital One for less than $ 900. What else can they “take” if I do not have wages they can garnish?
Answer by Roger M
You will most most likely have a job someday.
BING… they will attach your wages…anytime in the next 7 years
