Question by YankeesPettitte: Settling a debt following my wages are garnished?
I had a judgment entered against me in January of this year. I could not pay it, and they would not accept payments from me. Now they began garnishing my wages. If I can somehow scrounge up the income from family members or some thing, can I still settle it and quit the wage garnishing?
